• Slight bleeding or stomach cramps

• Fatigue
During the early weeks of pregnancy, levels of the hormone progesterone rise which might make you feel sleepy and tired. Also, your blood sugar levels lower; this increases your hunger and will surely increase your weight.
• Missed Period
A missed period is the obvious symptom of pregnancy. This is an alarming sign for a woman after which she tries to note down other signs of being pregnant.
• Nausea with or without vomiting
The most common symptoms of pregnancy are morning sickness, it comes at any time of the day or night. During Pregnancy a woman has a very sharp sense of smell. Therefore, different odors of perfume, food or smoke, etc. might cause the feeling of nausea in early pregnancy.
• Swollen breasts
Within the first two weeks of pregnancy, you will undergo hormonal changes in your body which will make your breasts tender and swollen and might also feel fuller and heavier.
• Faintness and dizziness
During early pregnancy your blood pressure lowers down, you may feel light-headed or dizziness. You might also faint.
• Mild Headaches
During the first few weeks, there are hormonal changes in a women’s body which increase blood circulation and might trigger frequent headaches.
• Constipation
Constipation is also normal during pregnancy. Due to increased levels of progesterone; food passes slowly through the intestines this can result in constipation.
• Raised body temperature
When you wake up in the morning, suddenly your body temperature might rise and you will start sweating. This temperature rise is normally after ovulation and you will experience the same until your next period.
• Backache
You started feeling heavy and also your lower back starts paining.
• Frequent urination
You will find yourself frequent bathroom trips. You may also have heartburn or constipation. There is pressure on the woman’s bladder due to her growing uterus, which is due to why a woman passes urine frequently in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
