- You can also juice out an equal amount of ginger and lemon juice and gulp it. Take this for once or twice a day.
2. Apple
Both apples and apple cider vinegar are used for relieving from a headache.
- Take an equal amount of apple cider vinegar and water; boil it and cover the pan. After boiling, remove the lid, cover your face with a towel and inhale the steam.
- Add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water, added with honey and few drops of lemon juice. Drink it twice a day.
